I have replaced my PS3 - how do I redownload my songs?

Contact customer services in your country, you will be asked to provide them with some information and they will pass the request on. This is usually resolved in around 7-10 working days.

How do I play a PS2 SingStar disc on the PS3?

 

You must first be running a Playstation 3 SingStar disc on your Playstation 3. From the song selection screen (the carousel) within 'Play SingStar' press select, eject your disc and insert either a PS2 or PS3 disc to access the songs.

 

How do I create a SingStar profile and interact with all the content on SingStar.com?

 

To interact fully with the content on the site you need to create a profile via SingStar, you can only do this if you own a full SingStar game and have created a profile in My SingStar Online. Once you have a My SingStar Online profile you can leave comments for other users, add favourite media and edit your profile on SingStar.com.

 

I have a Playstation Network account, can I sign in and get involved on SingStar.com?

 

With your Playstation Network account you can still sign in to SingStar.com and leave comments and ask questions on the forums, and leave comments on news articles.

 

Why isn't my media displayed on the website?

Maybe your media is restricted from being shown on SingStar.com. If you have uploaded media to the SingStar Scene on the PS3, login to the website and check your privacy settings from ‘My SingStar’, or change the settings on My SingStar Online on the PS3. If you still can't see the individual piece of media, check if it is restricted to SingStar Clubs. Audio playbacks are not yet available on SingStar.com.

Which microphones can I use with SingStar?

SingStar is compatible with wired SingStar Microphones, wireless SingStar Microphones and other USB microphones. Official SingStar Microphones are recommended.

Why isn't SingStar Bollywood disc swap enabled?

Unlike other PS2 SingStar discs, SingStar Bollywood is a dual layer DVD. To enable disc swap for this title on the PS3 we need to do a few bits of additional work. This is ongoing and we will keep you updated on a release date for the solution.
